Jennifer Schein is an associate on the firm’s Business Reorganization Team. Jennifer focuses her practice on restructuring and insolvency, emphasizing bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, workouts, creditors’ rights and commercial litigation. Jennifer represents debtors, creditors, official committees, bondholders, investors and other interested parties in Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings, and distressed asset sales.

- Advised a global, publicly traded cryptocurrency mining company, Argo Blockchain, Inc. in the refinancing of its asset-backed loans and the sale of its major mining facility in Texas.
- Advised sizeable financial advisory company on general cooperate governance matters and out-of-court restructuring.
- Counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 restructuring of cryptocurrency financial services platform Cred Inc.
- Counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 restructuring of of talc miner Barrett’s Minerals
- Counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 restructuring of the crypto custodian Prime Trust LLC.
- Counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 restructuring of the global manufacturer Water Gremlin LLC.
