Felicia Belli is an Associate in Berger Singerman’s Business, Finance & Tax Team and Real Estate Practice Group, based in the firm’s Miami office. Her practice is concentrated on complex real estate transactions, including the acquisition, leasing, and financing of both commercial and residential properties. Felicia represents a diverse range of clients—including developers, individual investors, landlords, and tenants—across a variety of asset classes, such as retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. She also has experience advising clients on condominium structuring and regulatory compliance matters.
