Erin Hoskins is an associate on the firm’s Business Reorganization Team. Erin has gained significant insight and experience into federal court practice, bankruptcy procedures, and commercial litigation through two clerkships within the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida and three clerkships within the U.S. Bankruptcy and District Courts for the Middle District of Alabama. where she gained invaluable knowledge into bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and insolvency matters.
