Edward H. Zebersky

Edward H. Zebersky is a seasoned trial attorney with more than three decades of experience representing clients in high-stakes, bet-the-company litigation in a broad range of industries and practice areas, including matters involving business torts and partnership disputes, securities and stockholder litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith claims, corporate fraud, product liability, RICO, and constitutional challenges. 

An active leader in the legal community, Ed currently serves on several committees within the American Association for Justice, including the Organizational Review, National Finance, and Judicial Nomination Committees, as well as the AAJ PAC. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the International Society of Barristers and is a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. Ed previously served as President of the Florida Justice Association and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and has been recognized as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer in America and “Lawyer of the Year”. 

Ed is deeply committed to pro bono service and previously chaired Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida.
