Prior to joining the firm Samuel was an associate at a statewide insurance defense firm handling insurance claims in a variety of practice areas. He has also worked for the Department of Financial Services where he litigated workers compensation cases and served as appellate counsel on several cases. Additionally, he has worked at the Florida Legislature advising members of the Florida House on commerce, and insurance and banking related bills.
