Terron L. Clark is a member of the Dispute Resolution Team based in Berger Singerman’s Miami office. He focuses his practice in Commercial Litigation and Labor & Employment. He has represented Fortune 500 clients in commercial litigation-related matters concerning corporate fraud, breach of contract, copyright infringement, and products liability. From inception through trial, Terron also represents clients in disputes involving discrimination, sexual harassment, wage-and-hour disputes, non-competition agreements, and employment contracts. He regularly advises employers in the preparation of employee handbooks and counsels clients on developing and monitoring employment-related policies and procedures for compliance with the requirements of the NLRA, FMLA, ADEA, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and other applicable laws.
