Michael A. Clinch is an associate based in Berger Singerman’s West Palm Beach office and a member of the Business Reorganization Team. Michael assists the firm in resolving restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy matters.
During law school, Michael was an active member of the University of Miami Law Review and served on its Executive Board. For his efforts, Michael’s peers awarded him the Charles B. Gaubatz Memorial Award, given to the “member who shows humor, concern for others, and dedication to the Law Review.” Michael was also selected to join the Startup Practicum as both a clinical student and fellow, working primarily with a local startup entity on federal trademark registration and governance matters. Prior to his second year, Michael was awarded a Summer Public Interest Fellowship through the HOPE Public Interest Resource Center. He was placed with Legal Services of Greater Miami and assisted with representation in landlord/tenant disputes to preserve subsidized housing clients' homes.
