Justen Fischer is a member of the Dispute Resolution Team based in Berger Singerman’s Fort Lauderdale office. Justen focuses his practice on a wide range of civil litigation matters. These cases have included business disputes, labor and employment, and general liability cases in both state and federal courts. He has consistently achieved favorable results for clients often through dispositive motion practice in the courts and via alternative dispute resolution. Justen has distinguished himself as lead counsel in the arbitration of complex employment disputes and has similarly counseled clients as to breach of contract and Florida sales/use tax liability in connection with high value equipment purchases.
