Roxana Martinez is a Certified Paralegal and a Florida Registered Paralegal based in Berger Singerman’s Fort Lauderdale office. With over 25 years of experience, Roxana has provided litigation and trial support to attorneys. She handles federal and state matters as well as commercial litigation, employment litigation, insurance defense, contract disputes, construction defects, foreclosures, and class actions. Her skills include maintenance of complex databases, legal research, and knowledge of various litigation support software programs.
Since 1996, she has been a Volunteer Sacramental (Confirmation) Religious Education Teacher. She is also a volunteer youth minister, and founder of a Youth Group for high school aged teens.
Roxana received her degree in Paralegal Studies from Charron Williams College and a Business Administration degree from Miami Dade College. She is also fluent in Spanish.
