The Florida Bar Elects James D. Gassenheimer as Secretary and Treasurer of its Trial Lawyers' Section

Berger Singerman is pleased to announce that our partner, James D. Gassenheimer, has been elected to serve as Secretary and Treasurer of the Trial Lawyers' Section of The Florida Bar for the 2024-2025 term, effective July 1, 2024. The Trial Lawyers' Section focuses on improving the administration of justice and enhancing the proficiency and professionalism of lawyers who primarily practice in the trial courts.
