Height Variances Approved for Two Mixed Use Developments in Miami-Dade

On June 15, 2017, the Community Zoning Appeals Board for Area 2 in Miami-Dade County unanimously approved height variances for two significant developments, each in the Aventura / West Dixie Highway area. These approvals pave the way for mixed-use developments for the following projects:
- District (2681 NE 191st Street): A mixed use development consisting of four buildings, ranging from three to 12 stories, including a residential tower, a hotel, office space, ground floor retail, and parking garage.
- Aventura Square (18802 West Dixie Highway): Eight story office building with ground floor retail and parking garage.
