Berger Singerman’s Marianne Curtis Recognized as a 2021 Attorney “On the Rise” by Daily Business Review

Berger Singerman, Florida’s business law firm, is proud to announce that its partner, Marianne Curtis has been recognized as an attorney “On the Rise”, by the Daily Business Review. In its 17th year, Daily Business Review’s Florida Legal Awards recognizes attorneys and departments for professional excellence in their legal work across Florida. The Daily Business Review’s annual legal awards event will be held in-person in May 2021.
Curtis is a trial lawyer and commercial litigator and concentrates her practice in employment matters, business disputes, and complex commercial litigation. Before joining Berger Singerman in 2018, she served as a Special Assistant with the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida and was an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. Marianne honed her skills in state and federal court, and she has tried more than 85 jury trials to verdict, litigated numerous evidentiary motions, and handled multiple appeals.

Curtis currently serves as Governor on The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division; a director on the board of the Miami Dade Florida Association for Women Lawyers; and a member of the DIBIA Dream Board of Directors.
