Berger Singerman Welcomes Pamela England Rogers As Director of Talent Acquisition
The position will support the firm’s strategy and recruitment efforts

Berger Singerman, Florida’s business law firm, is pleased to announce that Pamela England Rogers has joined the firm as Director of Talent Acquisition. Rogers will play a key role in Berger Singerman’s strategic recruitment efforts, assisting with the growth in key practice areas and continuing the firm’s recruitment of great talent to better serve our clients.
Rogers will support Berger Singerman’s growth initiatives by engaging with prospective new team members in current and future markets and enhancing relationships with recruitment partners in these areas. As Director of Talent Acquisition, she will also work closely with the firm’s management and executive committee, as well as closely coordinating our recruitment initiatives with our branding, sales, and marketing operations.

Rogers is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law. She started her career as a prosecutor in the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office and later worked at the St. Thomas University Human Rights Institute and later at the School of Law. Immediately before joining Berger Singerman, she worked for the State of Florida Department of Children and Families. Rogers grew up with the law: she is the daughter of the late Florida Supreme Court Justice Arthur J. England, Jr.
