Berger Singerman Welcomes Jessie Torres to its Dispute Resolution Team

Berger Singerman, Florida’s business law firm, is pleased to announce that Jessie Torres has joined the firm as a Discovery Attorney Manager on its Dispute Resolution Team. Torres will be resident in the firm’s Miami office.
Torres is a proven, creative eDiscovery professional with over six years of eDiscovery and managed review experience; he has led multiple eDiscovery projects relating to document review. Torres gained invaluable experience holding roles as the Senior Review Manager and Director of Review Management for Xact Data Discovery and Haystack ID/Inspired Review. While in these positions, Torres managed teams of attorneys working on multiple eDiscovery projects, where he coached attorneys, trained review managers, and interacted with clients daily. Also, Torres has performed deposition preparation, budget planning and general department management; he is a Relativity Certified User and is fluent in Spanish.
Torres completed his B.A. at the University of Miami and J.D. at Nova Southeastern University. He also has a Master of Science in Geography from Florida State University.
