Berger Singerman Names Jessica Pavlik as Chief Strategy Officer

Berger Singerman, Florida’s Business Law Firm, is pleased to announce that Jessica Pavlik has been named to the newly created position of Chief Strategy Officer.
In her new role, Pavlik will formalize and oversee the firm’s strategic-planning processes to help the firm achieve its business objectives and increase revenue. For over 20 years, she has been a key resource on Berger Singerman’s senior management team, the Executive Committee, and Compensation Committee. Pavlik is a highly motivated, hands-on, results-oriented, and problem solver executive whose innovative style and technical skills have been instrumental in the implementation and training of financial management, project management, and process improvement processes, allowing attorneys to work more collaboratively, efficiently, and effectively with clients and one another.

Pavlik joined the firm in 1999 as Controller, was named Chief Financial Officer in 2002, and then became Chief Operating Officer in 2012. She previously participated on a South Florida Business Journal roundtable on the topic of company management and financial growth. She was also selected by South Florida Business & Wealth as one of the 24 C-level recipients of the 2015 Apogee Awards and as a finalist for the South Florida Business Journal’s CFO award.
