Berger Singerman Expands Construction Law Practice with Addition of Christopher Barnett
Seasoned Contruction Law attorney joins firm’s award-winning Dispute Resolution Team

Berger Singerman, Florida’s business law firm, is pleased to announce that construction lawyer Christopher Barnett has joined the firm as a partner on its Dispute Resolution Team. Christopher is an innovative strategist who will handle both the transactional and dispute resolution/litigation needs of the firm’s growing construction client base. He will be resident in the firm’s Miami office.

Christopher focuses his practice on general real estate matters and contract disputes, including development and construction matters. He regularly represents clients in complex business disputes in federal and state courts across the country. Christopher’s experience includes a wide variety of complex commercial matters, including suretyship and construction litigation, partnership and joint venture disputes, unfair and deceptive trade practices law, securities litigation, intellectual property litigation, defamation and libel law, and appeals.
Christopher joins Berger Singerman from Greenberg Traurig where he was a partner practicing construction law and litigaton. He started his legal career at Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson, and he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Georgetown University and his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law.
